FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid siloxane rubber-based compositions for making fire-resistant materials. Disclosed is a composition based on liquid siloxane rubber for making fire-resistant material containing the following (pts. wt): low-molecular siloxane rubber (100), ethylsilicate-40 (10-20), oleic acid (7-9), and octa(p-bromophenyl) tetraazaporphyrinato-cobalt (0.5-1). The disclosed composition is stable during storage at room temperature for up to 17 days and enables to obtain material with fire-resistance of up to 65 seconds.
EFFECT: composition which is highly stable during storage at room temperature compared to existing compositions and which enables to obtain material with high fire-resistance.
