SUBSTANCE: sheet is produced out of steel containing following elements, wt %: carbon 0.03 - 0.09; manganese 1.5 - 2.5; niobium 0.005 - 0.025; titanium 0.005 - 0.02; aluminium 0.01 - 0.06; boron not more 0.005; nitrogen 0.001 - 0.008; phosphorus not more 0.015; sulphur not more 0.015; oxygen not more 0.006, iron and impurities - the rest. Steel can additionally contain at least one element out of: copper not more 0.6, nickel not more 1.5, vanadium not more 0.04, molybdenum not more 0.08, chromium not more 0.5, silicon not more 0.3, calcium, zirconium, magnesium and cerium not more 0.005 of each.

EFFECT: steel sheet possesses perfect low-temperature impact viscosity of main material, material of welding seam, material near a penetration line and of material of thermal influence zone.
