SUBSTANCE: cartridge chamber is rectangular in plan view and has two vertical longitudinal walls and transverse walls of the chamber, which are located opposite each other, as well as at least one vertical cartridge wall passing perpendicular to transverse walls or longitudinal walls of the chamber and connected to the chamber walls and made from separate mineral refractory shaped bricks having the shape of rectangular parallelepiped and consisting of heat-resistant concrete being refractory concrete with ultra low content of cement (ULCC) with CaO content of 0.2 to 1.0 wt %; at that, in cartridge wall there provided are through gas channels formed in shaped bricks and passing upwards. Shaped brick for cartridge chamber and its manufacturing method is also described.

EFFECT: providing synergetic effect, increased resistance to penetration and action of fluorides of alkalis, which are contained in carbon middlings.
