FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device includes leader and expander, which are equipped with screw blade with one-sided winding and rigidly attached by tubular shaft to radial holes. At that, expander is fixed on the front end, in direction of puncture, of punctured pipeline which is equipped with rotation mechanism and mechanism of impact on soil in pilot well. Mechanism of impact on soil in pilot well is made in the form of elastic gas tight cover installed on tubular shaft which is connected to compressed gas source. At that, elastic gas tight cover can be made in the form of a sleeve the ends of which are fixed on movable sealing collars installed on tubular shaft.
EFFECT: increasing effective action of device and reducing energy consumption.
