FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: furnace installation for combustion of loose wood materials consists of vertical cylinder jacket, of lining of furnace chamber coaxially positioned in jacket, also chamber has opening for charging loose wood materials, further, the furnace consists of grate installed in lower part of furnace, and of channel for furnaces gases withdrawal. A circular cavity is formed between internal surface of the jacket and lining facing it; the cavity is divided with partitions creating working cavities, each communicating with an air duct and with internal volume of the furnace chamber via blowing channels made in lining. Also outlets of blowing channels into the chamber are tier-by-tier arranged along generatrices of its internal surface, and under-grate space of the furnace communicates with the air duct. Opening for loose wood material charge is made in lining and is positioned in an upper part of the above-grate zone of the chamber and below the channel of combustion gases withdrawal. Lengthwise axes of the blowing channels of each tier are radially directed and are arranged in horizontal plane common the said tier; a nozzle is installed in internal volume of each blowing channel on side of its outlet to the chamber; the chamber has an orifice created with an inlet section coaxial to the blowing channel and with an outlet section positioned at angle 100°-130° to the first said channel. Each nozzle installed in the blowing channel can turn around its lengthwise axis to change direction of lengthwise axis of the outlet section of nozzle orifice relative to horizontal plane running through lengthwise axis of the channel; vertexes of angles between sections of orifices of nozzles of all blowing channels are unidirectional.
EFFECT: raised efficiency and stability of loose wood materials combustion.
