SUBSTANCE: device contains pack storing section which has multiple units, each of which stores a pack with medications, which contains one dose of medications, main case containing in a detachable way pack storing section, storage means for advanced storage of multiple moments of medication intake; means of notification about time of medication intake for producing notification each time when said time of medication intake comes; sensor of packs with medications, controlling presence/absence of pack with medications in unit of said pack storing section; first means of processing for determination of presence/absence of pack with medications in said unit, when said time of medication intake comes, for instructing said means of storage to store moment of time of determination and presence/absence of pack with medications, and for output of instruction for user in accordance with the result of detection; and second means of processing for instructing, when withdrawal of pack with medications is detected by means of said sensor of packs with medications at time moment different from said time of medication intake, for storage means to store moment of detection and withdrawal, and output required instruction for said user.
