FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to cardiology and is applied for reducing increased production of endothelin I in conditions of stress in experiment. Area of xiphoid process in white rats, which are in condition of chronic immobilisation stress, is irradiated with electromagnetic waves. Exposure is carried out by electromagnetic waves of terahertz range with frequencies of molecular spectrum of irradiation and nitrogen oxide absorption 150±0.75 GHz, irradiation power 0.2 mWt/cm, for 30 minutes daily during 5 days.

EFFECT: method allows correction of disturbed functional activity of vessel endothelium.
