SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the technology of silicates and relates to composition of ceramic mixtures for making ceramic bricks and tiles. The ceramic mixture contains high-melting clay, quartzite, dolomite and pegmatite in the following ratio of components in wt %: high-melting clay - 35.0-40.0; quartzite - 40.0-45.0, dolomite - 3.0-5.0; pegmatite - 15.0-17.0.
EFFECT: increased strength of articles.
