FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: well filter consists of steel pipe with coupling and nipple on ends, of perforated part of pipe at its nipple end, of protective case and of filtering package made with circular group and lengthwise individual or group mesh segments with mutually perpendicular direction of long wires of mesh in each of them. Bends or bending pimples are made in each group segment with an interval equal to the interval in rows of perforation of the pipe. Each individual or group segment has fixing wires on lengthwise ends for securing them from the side of opposite sectors of at least end perforations. Wall of perforations are equipped with fixture holes or slots wherein there are inserted bends of fixing wires or their tacks. The protective case has slit notches; simultaneously one side of the notch is bend to pipe surface at value facilitating maximal dimension of the slit, but not exceeding grain-size of soil particles in place of forthcoming installation of filter into the well; this size of slits is fixed with wire. Filter elements out of foam metal, filter mesh, glass cloth and/or metal rubber are arranged between the case and a set of the draining and filtering segment. At least an upper- back downstream edge of the protective case is corrugated.
EFFECT: reduced metal and labour input at fabrication of filter at simultaneous increased service life of reliable and qualitative filtering.
