FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises forcing outside air into in turbine wheel space, compressing in compressor, feeding heat in combustion chamber, expanding it on turbines and over-expanding in turbines. Laval nozzle is used to generate subsonic and supersonic hot gas flow. Transverse-longitudinal oscillations are exploited to create nonequilibrium state of gas in subsonic hot gas flow during expansion with the help of circular unit made up of two-channel vibratos mounted behind power turbine. Then coolant is fed to cool down nonequilibrium gas in subsonic and supersonic flows. Now, cooled working medium is braked in sealing assemblies.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and specific power of gas turbine.
