FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: condensation hot-water boiler for external arrangement includes gas burner device, heat exchanger, three-way valve with direct and return lines, stack; at that, at the bottom of stack there installed is soot removing manhole and condensate trap tube, and direct line is connected to vertical riser of the building heating system, which contains distributing risers with heating devices, return line of heating system and circulation pump. Lower inner part of the boiler stack is equipped with heat exchanger of condensation part; at that, inside heat exchanger of condensate part there installed is fairing provided with possibility of uniform distribution of flue gas flow; upper part of heat exchanger of condensation part is connected to return line of heating system, which includes deaeration-expansion tank and mud filter, and lower part of heat exchanger is connected to return boiler line.

EFFECT: reducing the boiler cost.
