SUBSTANCE: device accommodates a pump pipe connected by an adapter sub to a tubing string, a implosion chamber cylinder connected by an adapter sub to the pump pipe, a plunger connected to a pump rod, a working chamber consisting of a working cylinder with windows and pressure multiplexer, a gate valve with its rod and clutch connecting the implosion chamber cylinder and the working chamber, a coil compression spring, a hydraulic shock absorber consisting of a cylinder with drain port and a piston integral with the rod of the gate valve and assisted with the coil compression spring, and a sleeve with a rigid spring stop interacting with the rod of the gate valve to avoid ultimate deflection of the coil compression spring. According to the invention, the pump pipe of the repeated implosion hydraulic turbine pressure generator is isolated from a low-pressure annular space, and its passage area is more than the sectional area of the tubing string filled with a pressure fluid; a wellhead of tubing string comprises an accumulator for hydraulic bumping exceeding reservoir pressure.

EFFECT: higher effectiveness of the use of said device in a low-pressure bottomhole zone and particularly ensured enhanced permeability of the bottomhole zone, higher oil recovery and injection capacity, due to fracturing in the bottomhole zone without injection of restraining materials.
