FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding wire feed device used in arc welding of workpieces of strips. Proposed device comprises feed mechanism with drive and roller system, cartridge with wire, current feeding tip 7 connected with current feed line and furnished with outer 8 and inner 9 sleeves, copper nozzle 10 and arc protection nozzle 11 arranged on outer sleeve 8. Cylindrical torsion spring 12 is arranged on outer sleeve 8 of current feeding tip 7. Inner sleeve 9 is made from steel and has wire feed eccentric channel 13 and threaded hole on side surface, and is mounted to turn about axis with the help of said torsion spring 12. Bronze outer sleeve 8 has horizontal groove. Copper tip channel is arranged aligned with wire feed eccentric channel. Outer sleeve horizontal groove accommodates screw stop 16 connected with inner sleeve 9 and one end of spring 12. The other end of said spring is jointed to ring 17 arranged on outer sleeve 8 to be locked thereon by screw 18.
EFFECT: simple process of producing defectless welded joint, higher efficiency and reduced consumption of non-ferrous metal.
