FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad signaling, centralisation and interlocking (SCI). Device to control switch operating apparatus comprises electric drive with three-phase motor, neutral starting relay connecting one output of on one switch control one-pole relay winding with one line conductor. Connected in parallel to starting relay open contact. Another resistor is connected in parallel to neutral starting relay close contact connecting the other output of one switch control one-pole relay winding with the other line conductor. Note here that one output of three-phase motor connected in series with one line conductor is connected via neutral starting and polarised relay with one phase of three-phase AC source via one capacitor. Another output of three-phase motor windings is connected with parallel-connected open-and-close control contacts of automatic switch and to another phase of AC source. Third output of three-phase motor winding is connected in series by third line conductor by close contacts of neutral and starting polarised relay with AC source third phase via third capacitor. Note also that open contact of one switch control relay is connected in series to neutral starting relay connection winding.

EFFECT: higher reliability and increased range of control.
