FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to payload ejection or separation and can be used in aerospace engineering. Proposed system comprises decoupling retaining device arranged between load bearing structure and payload, mechanical locks and spring-loaded pushers arranged on the device housing. Mechanical locks are clamped by links coupled with rotary multi-beam sprocket arranged to rotate at the locks location circumference center and held in place by pyro device. To lock said sprocket in initial position, proposed system comprises coupling clutch representing a round washer with end face cams that enter appropriate recesses made on both sprocket face and that of journal, i.e. shaft whereon sprocket revolves. Journal is secured to housing bottom, at its center, so that sprocket axis of rotation is perpendicular to separation plane. Mechanical lock retaining links represent rotary hooks with their axles arranged in the device housing eyelets. Said hooks represent bell cranks with one end interacting directly with payload to be separated and another end furnished with two-stage pivot connected with locking links representing adjustable turnbuckle tie rods with axes directed radially in initial position. Second ends of tie rods are hinged to rotary sprocket locked by coupling clutch under which a spring is fitted to uncouple coupling clutch from journal and sprocket. Coupling clutch is pressed to couple the journal with sprocket by bolt joint, second end of the clutch is held by pyro cotter.
EFFECT: reliable separation of payload.
