FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: reduction gear is mounted between drive engine (electric motor, ICE) and compressor rotor, said reduction gear consisting of simple three-link planetary gear (PG) and four-stage three-axle aligned gearbox (GB) made up of three pairs of engaged gears. Five clutches allows operating PG in three operating conditions: total torque, when the latter is transferred to two links and is taken off the third link; torque is transferred to sun gear and take off pinion frame with epicyclic gear wheel locked, and direct PG gear.
EFFECT: reliable start of GTE, simplified starting device due to integration of two devices.
