SUBSTANCE: device contains the following: a CCD matrix, an averaging unit and a shift register, a dc voltage source, a clock generator, a pulse generator, and OR element, a subtracting unit, a video monitor, a nanosecond pulse generator, an inverter, a charge switching unit and a charge adder.

EFFECT: more accurate generation of thermal image signals owing to correction of the output signal taking into account overflow of cells of the reading circuit.
