SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology used to produce coffee substitutes. Method provides for preparation of recipe ingredients, extraction of green tea by liquid nitrogen with relevant miscella separation. One undertakes cutting yacon, drying it in the microwave field at preset process parametres and roasting, roasting barley grain and rye grain, mixing yacon with barley grain and rye grain in the mass ratio 2:2:1. Obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture. Finished mix is exposed to cryo-grinding in medium of released nitrogen.

EFFECT: invention provides for improvement of drink organoleptic properties due to its enrichment with extractive substance of miscella and their preservation.
