SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for treatment, post-treatment and conditioning tap, natural and artificial water used for drinking, and can be used in food industry, pharmaceuticals and medicine. This device can be used in household conditions for treating tap water, as well as in extreme, camping conditions or emergency situations. In the first version the vessel consists of two chambers on top of the other and attached at the top with discharge recesses. The bottom of the inner chamber is made from a cellular plate. There is filter material between the walls of the chambers. In the second version the vessel is made from a solid corrugated pipe. The top part of the pie is necked in the vessel, thereby forming its inner wall with an inserted bottom made from a cellular plate. In wide places of the inner wall there are extra filters. In narrow places of the outer wall there are magnets. The space between the walls is filled with filter material.

EFFECT: treatment and post-treatment of drinking water immediately before consumption, which lowers probability of consumption of harmful substances, and increases value of the water owing to its conditioning.
