FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decorative art and pertains to method of producing art and decorative panels. Proposed method comprises patterning on the surface of plate from transparent material, removing material to make a groove along the pattern outline, coating said pattern by vanish, applying mirror coat and mounting illumination source. For patterning glass plate used. Pattern is made on one surface of the glass plate. Groove cross section is varied in patterning image outline. Mirror coat is applied on plate back surface. Illumination source is arranged on the plate face surfaces to comply with applied pattern.
EFFECT: higher quality due to detailed portrayal of pattern components.
