FIELD: gas-and-oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for regulation of intake capacity profile of pressure well consists in preparing and successive pumping water solution of water soluble polymer with a cross-linking agent via pressure well into non-uniform oil reservoir of first fringe, and solution of neonol AF 9-12 in mineralised water - into second fringe. Further, the said solutions are forced through into the reservoir; and the well is stopped for a process cure. As the said solution of polymer, there is used the solution prepared by feeding powdered-form polymer into a jet installation with a screw measuring hopper. Polymer is mixed with water and produced suspension is supplied into a mixing tank; in one version there are mixed polymer- sodium- carboxy-methyl-cellulose SCMC simultaneously with water solution of the cross-linking agent - chromium acetate of commodity form or 6-water chloride aluminium, or alumo-chloride, or poly-aluminium of chloride hydroxide - Aqua-Aurata at ratio, wt %: SCMC 0.2-0.5, said solution of cross-linking agent 0.02-0.2, water - the rest; ratio of components of the second fringe, wt %: AF 9-12 of commodity form 0.01-1.0, mineralised water - the rest. As water there is used water with mineralisation 0.15-300 g/l. Current intake capacity of the pressure well is preliminary assessed, and at value of 100-200 m3/day volume ratio of the first and the second fringes should correspond to (2÷1):1. Process conditioning is being performed within 0.5-6 days. In the second version said SCMC is supplied and mixed with water. Produced suspension is fed into the mixing tank at the following ratio of components, wt %: SCMC 0.1-0.5, water - the rest. When value of current intake capacity is 50-100 m3/day, said solutions are pumped successively: polymer solution, then solution of AF 9-12 at their volume ratio (1÷5):(1÷5) or simultaneously at ratio, wt %: SCMC 0.1-0.5, AF 9-12 of commodity form 0.01-1.0, water - the rest. In the first 3-4 hours the well is operated with minimal consumption and pressure. Also initially minimal contents of SCMC equal to 0.1 is pumped; further, its contents is step-by-step increased to 10-50 % at stable pressure pumping during 3-4 hours. In the third version powdered-form polymer - poly-ethylene-oxide PEO is supplied and mixed with water at ratio wt %: PEO 0.001-0.3, water - the rest. When value of current intake capacity is 50-100 m3/day, said solutions are pumped successively: polymer solution, then solution of AF 9-12 at their volume ratio (1÷5):(1÷5) or simultaneously at ratio, wt %: PEO 0.001-0.3, AF 9-12 of commodity form 0.01-1.0, water - the rest. In the first 3-4 hours the well is operated with minimal consumption and pressure. Also initially minimal contents equal to 0.001 is pumped; further its contents is step-by-step increased to 10-50% at stable pressure pumping during 3-4 hours.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of oil production, expanded process functionality of procedure.
