SUBSTANCE: convertible sleeve consists of a sleeve and a holder detachably connected with it. In the central part of the sleeve there are buttons and loops located vertically down the entire length, in alternate order, starting with the top button. The holder has the shape of a longitudinally-elongated rectangle, one end of which is detachably connected to the main part at the top of stitching in the sleeve. The second end of the holder has a figured shape. Along the entire length of the holder there are loops whose length corresponds to the diametre of buttons on the sleeve. The width of the holder of slightly less than the length of the loop on the sleeve.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of adjusting the length of the sleeve and its necessary configuration.
