FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to load handling equipment and serves to transfer cargoes and people on work platforms from one level onto another. Proposed jack comprises chassis on front and rear wheels, telescopic boom mounted on lift and turn frame of load bearing base arranged on the chassis between front and rear wheels. Boom, whereto suspended is work box-like platform, is coupled with lift and turn frame by lift hydraulic cylinder to rest on thrust arranged at the front of aforesaid bearing base in transport position. Said transformable platform consists of two sections. Lower section has bottom and sidewalls. Upper section has sidewalls. Note here that said sections are jointed together by side struts 44 with hinge mechanism 35 and retainers 40 to allow upper section to turn through 180° and be folded below lower section.

EFFECT: reduced sizes in transport position.
