FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device has a geometrical standard channel (GSC) in form of an illumination unit, a collimating unit and a mirror-prism unit which directs radiation from the illumination unit to an objective lens, an objective lens, a photodetector and a computing unit. The illumination unit is made in form of three light sources placed in front of input diaphragms and lying at an angle of 120° to each other. The collimating unit is made in form of three input pinhole apertures and three output pinhole apertures lying on the rear face of the mirror-prism unit facing the objective lens outside its entrance pupil. The mirror-prism unit is a single unit made in form of parallel small front and large rear hexagonal faces facing the objective lens, whose neighbouring edges lie at an angle of 120° to each other and form six lateral mirror faces between each other, which are inclined at an acute angle to the rear face. The mirror-prism unit is mounted by its rear face on the support plane of the angle-measuring device.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of the device without complicating its design and smaller size and weight of the device.
