FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises case accommodating rod and spring. Said rod is arranged to move perpendicular to shaft axis. Shaft supports aerodynamic surface rotary part rigidly fixed thereon. Spring is arranged between case and rod. Shaft has at least one bore. Rod can move towards axle and be locked in shaft bore by spring. It can also move in opposite side driven by working body. There is a bore in the case to feed working body therein.
EFFECT: reliable locking.
