SUBSTANCE: invention is used to remove dirt which contains ionic components from finished articles such as integrated circuits, components of precision machinery, glass substrates, printed circuit boards or similar. A finished article contaminated with oil which contains an ionic component or flux material which contains an ionic component is cleaned with an azeotropic solvent composition containing 62 wt % 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-tridecaflurooctane and 38 wt % isopropanol.

EFFECT: high degree of purity.
