SUBSTANCE: proposed water-resistant cast iron with globular graphite comprises the following components, in wt %: carbon 3.0-4.6; silicon 1.5-3.5; manganese 4.0-10.0; nickel 2.0-5.0; boron 0.2-0.4; vanadium 0.2-0.8; copper 0.2-0.8; aluminium 0.1-0.4; cerium 0.02-0.20; magnesium 0.02-0.08; calcium 0.04-0.20; sulfur 0.01-0.03; phosphorus 0.02-0.08; iron making the rest.
EFFECT: high wear resistance at abrasive and impact-abrasive wear in cast state.
