FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: there is provided electric drive operation with forced parametres by the torque that is three times higher relative to nominal value and speed up to 1.5 Ωnom while providing reliable operation of electric drive power unit. Frequency-regulated asynchronous drive has four control loops: drive speed control loop, rotor flux linkage control loop and control loops of active and reactive components of motor stator current vector. To create forced operation modes following is introduced in control system: correction unit isolating control channels and excluding their interference, limiters of moment, currents and AM stator voltage setting signals providing correct motor speed regulation depending on the torque with preset overload factor, functional converter automatically separating regulation zones with forced torque and speed, units providing forward flow shaping before sending electric drive speed regulation signal, setting unit for motor rotor speed rise intensity to set desired electromagnetic torque changing rate and smoothing surges and pulsations in setting signal.
EFFECT: higher dynamic characteristics and reliable operation of power converter; expansion of application range for asynchronous drive; decrease in cost, dimensions, weight; saving materials, resources and consumed energy.
