FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of gas from dust by filtration. Proposed method comprises suspending the sleeves and cords connected to their top part to the vibrator, securing compensator on the screen and connecting cords to jointing ring element with its top part connected to the sleeve. Cords are suspended from outside and inside the sleeves in intervals there between. After connecting said ring jointing element to the sleeve lower end, cylindrical hollow element with pits is fitted thereon to act on inner cords. The ends of outer and inner cords are connected in pairs to make a loop to suspend therein roller coupled with equal-weight weights. Said hollow cylindrical element is turned and pins are used to arrange inner rods vertically. Cords are secured on said ring jointing element. Then said weights, rollers and cylindrical hollow element are removed and ring jointing element is attached to i-compensator. Proposed filter comprises case, sleeved coupled via cap with vibrator, cords arranged along sleeve length, ring jointing element, detachable hollow cylindrical element, movable retainers and pins, as well as appliances to orient cords representing annular flanges.

EFFECT: higher reliability of cords tensioning.
