FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular to farm livestock and birds feeding. The fodder supplement for farm livestock and birds includes brewer grains, polyphenol containing components or a copolymer of hydrochloride, phosphate and sodium dihydrophosphate hexamethylenguanidine or polyphenol containing components and a copolymer of hydrochloride, phosphate and sodium dihydrophosphate hexamethylenguanidine or amber acid or its salts intendent for fodder application and polyphenol containing components and/or a copolymer of hydrochloride, phosphate and hexamethylenguanidine sodium dihydrophosphate hexamethylenguanidine added in a 0.001/99.999 - 70/30 ratio of weight mass fractions (%).
EFFECT: this invention usage will enable reduction of brewer grains toxicity and increase of its fodder value.
