SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drinks storage and metering out. Proposed device comprises pressure element, treatment head, centering device, feed and discharge pipelines with fluid to be treated and/or metered out at least one fitting valve actuator. Note here that at least one actuator can open and communicate with feed and/or discharge pipeline of both flat and box-like valves. Treatment head comprises at least two pushrods that move interlinked. First outer and second inner pushrod are arranged so that their sealing surfaces displace relative to each other when second inner pushrod cannot mode forward after its thrusts against fixed element.
