SUBSTANCE: device consists of vessel 1, with pyroautomatics unit arranged in it as made of cylinder 2 with parallel pyrotechnical moderators 3, outgoing into collector 4 arranged in cylinder and charge 5 in contact with collector, serially installed outlet charge 5, cartridge, bottom of which comprises calibrated hole 6, threaded nut 7, with installed EPU 8, including contact unit 11, and elastic sealing gasket 9 arranged on the vessel bottom, and holes in vessel bottom is tightly closed by rupture membrane 10.
EFFECT: design makes it possible to eliminate operator's errors in preparation of target, to increase reliability of target operation and to reduce cost while specified accuracy of actuation is provided.
