SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine. The method includes the use of ferroglucine 150 mg (2 ml) intramuscularly two times with an interval of 10 days, fosprenil intramuscularly, twice in different syringes at different points, the first time 0.07 ml/kg simultaneously with the preparation of iron, the second time in a dose of 0.07 ml/kg six days after the first injection of ferroglucine and cresacine 4 mg/kg when included into the scheme of feeding for 10 days.
EFFECT: method enables to avoid many of the vascular complications of newborn calves and piglets with anemia, to restore the health of herd, to reduce mortality and increase weight gain, improve the quality and quantity of meat products, to obtain healthy offspring.
