FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: rotation device of turning axis through the specified angle includes the following elements fixed on load-carrying structure: electromagnet (2) with spring-loaded movable stock (3), bracket (4) with oscillating arm (5) one end of which is hinged to stock of electromagnet, and rotation unit (6) consisting of housing (7), flat spiral spring (10) installed in it with possibility of axis (8) rotation and put on axis, inner and outer ends of which are fixed on axis and housing accordingly. On one of axis ends there installed is ratched wheel (11) having teeth on end surfaces; at that, teeth of one end surface are offset by half a pitch relative to teeth of opposite end surface and have the possibility of engagement with open longitudinal slot on the end of balance arm.

EFFECT: invention provides axis rotation with periodic specified constant angular pitch.
