FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: device for accounting of heating appliance thermal energy consumption comprises temperature detectors connected to calculation device, one of temperature detectors serves to measure temperature of heating appliance, is installed on its surface, and the other one serves to measure temperature of ambient air near heating appliance, is installed outside the heating appliance, according to the first invention, it additionally comprises hot-wire transducer heat-insulated from heating appliance to measure speed of heated air flow that removes heat from surface of heating element in heating appliance arranged under its jacket, outlet of hot-wire transducer is connected to inlet of calculator that identifies consumption of thermal energy spent to heat premises by calibrated equation. Heating appliance comprises vessel with heating element and temperature detectors connected to calculation device, according to the second invention, it additionally comprises heat-insulated hot-wire transducer, which together with temperature detectors is calibrated on test bench under conditions of heated premises with account of speed of air flow washing heating element of heating appliance according to the specified equation.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurements of heat amount released by heating appliance to environment.
