FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of propyl hydride by separation of unstable hydrocarbon condensate produced in hydrocarbon gas treatment and can be used at oil-and-gas enterprises. Proposed plant comprises column-deethaniser with bottom heater, deethanisation gas phase branch pipes arranged at the plant top and those of stabilised condensate arranged at its bottom furnished with the top sprinkling unit. The latter comprises heat exchanger communicated with deethanisation gas and gas phase branch pipe, in its turn, communicated with deethaniser column top part. Proposed plant comprises also propyl hydride column with bottom heater, hydrocarbon vapor branch pipe at column top and propyl hydride branch pipe ay its bottom. Sprinkling unit liquid phase branch pipe additionally communicates with propyl hydride column top. Column top hydrocarbon vapor branch pipe can be communicated with deethanisation gas phase branch pipe arranged at deethaniser column top or with sprinkling unit tank.
EFFECT: higher quality and yield of propyl hydride fraction and expanded applications.
