FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: swiveling device is designed for door of vehicle with wall where opening is made framed by part of side wall which opening contains outer edge and inner edge perpendicular to outer edge. The mentioned part of wall has hollow opening in inner edge between outer side bead which runs along outer edge and opposite side bead. Swiveling device contains U-shaped joint, the first end of which is rigidly connected with door and the second end installed on axis in the hollow near outer side bead. The door is made capable to swivel around axis between closed position when closes opening itself and when U-shaped joint is at least partially in the hollow and open position when the door is retracted from opening and when U-shaped joint is at least partially pulled out of the opening. In closed position the door is spaced from wall, while the hollow is opened and the first end of U-shaped joint is near opposite side bead. Swiveling device contains flexible strip connecting sideward the side bead and the first end to seal the said hollow in closed position.

EFFECT: implementation of hollow and U-shaped joint covering by flexible strip when door is in closed position; and when strip colour matches vehicle body colour contrast between them becomes less visible than contrast between L-shaped joint and body.
