FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of agriculture, namely to viticulture. Method includes planting of vine bushes, installation of support, pruning and formation of vine bushes, zone of fruiting and substitution, as well as wrapping and unwrapping of vine bushes, fastening of vine bush to support. Vines for fruiting and substitution for harvest of the following year are grown and placed on one and the same twig of substitution and are directed on trellis in different sides. Vines of substitution are directed towards the side of vine wrapping for winter, and fruiting vines - into opposite side. In autumn after harvesting fruiting vines are removed. Arm with last-year twig of substitution with 3-5 vines are separated from support, directed along row axis, brought under hook of neighbouring vine bush and covered with 30-35 cm bank of earth.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase plant resistance to stress factors of growth environment, increase crop output and quality of grapes.
