SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to haematology, and may be used to normalise aggregative activity of platelets (AAP) in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) and impaired glucose intolerance (IGI). Method includes graduated physical loads such as morning hygienic exercise, therapeutic exercises and split physical exercise over the day, and also introduction of metformin 500 mg, 2 times a day, and lisinopril, 10 mg once in the morning for at least a month.
EFFECT: combined application of all components of the complex makes it possible to reduce risk of thrombotic complications as a result of AAP normalisation in AH patients with IGI, changing it to the level close to such for healthy people during 1 month.
