FIELD: medicine, veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary science. Method includes introduction of ferroglucin in amount of 75 mg (1 ml) intramuscularly three times with interval of 5 days, phosprenyl intramuscularly, three times in different syringes in different points simultaneously with preparation of iron, the first time - in amount of 0.10 ml/kg, the second time - in dose of 0.09 ml/kg, the third time - in dose of 0.08 ml/kg and gamavit in amount of 0.015 ml/kg intramuscularly once a day, for seven days, starting from the first injection of ferroglucin.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to avoid vascular complications in milk-fed piglets with anaemia, to optimise microcirculation and trophism in their tissues, to accelerate growth of animals, to make herd healthier, and to further receive healthy posterity and more meat produce from these animals.
