FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to equipment for sanative-curative hydrotherapeutic procedures. Engirdling shower includes power installation and rotative device consisting of coaxially joined, vertically oriented elements in forms of axle and hub; one of these structural elements is rigidly fixed and equipped with inlet nipple, another one has thrust-bearing, mounted in position allowing axial rotation; it bears vertical working pipes with radially directed to the centre of working area delivery orifices. Working pipes are connected to inlet nipple through longitudinal channel in the axis and through circular groove by both sides of which sealings are mounted. In first constructive version of shower, power installation is formed as Segner wheel with water nozzles mounted on lower ends of working pipes and positioned inside underpan. In second constructive version of shower, power installation is also formed as inside underpan positioned Segner wheel, consisting of hub mounted below working pipes two radially directed pipes with water nozzles on their free ends. In third constructive version of shower, power installation is also positioned inside the underpan, but formed as water or air turbine, consisting of fixed on lower ends of the working pipes hoop with blades on its external surface, and of one or more water or air nozzles, fixed inside the underpan and directed to blades.
EFFECT: broadening of technical means for sanative-curative hydrotherapeutic procedures.
