FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal machining, namely to combined tools intended for boring and expanding holes in cylindrical parts. Combined tool comprises boring and expanding heads arranged aligned. Boring head comprises case with grooves arranged on its outer surface and cutting tool. Expanding head comprises case, cone, separator with a set of rolls and cover. Aforesaid heads are relatively centered by means of interference fit and centering keys. Boring head case grooves receive three guides. Cutting element represents a cutting insert with micro drill bit arranged in the case. Expanding head comprises plate spring to adjust interference fit and distribute uniformly roll force applied to machined surface.
EFFECT: higher precision and quality, ruling out of vibration.
