FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machining of small-diametre bores. Proposed device comprises housing with cutout to accommodate the part to be machined, sleeve, mandrel with spring-loaded retainer, mandrel pusher and pusher drive. Said mandrel and pusher are arranged in the sleeve central bore. Said sleeve is fitted in the housing in rolling bearings to move in the plane perpendicular to axis of said hole. Mandrel pusher drive represents pneumatic cylinder with flexible hoses rigidly fixed on aforesaid sleeve. Pneumatic cylinder flexible hoses serve to feed air therein and are arranged in parallel with pneumatic cylinder axis.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
