FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary dry cleaning of blast-furnace gas in dust collector. Then gas is subject to fine cleaning to 4 mg/m3 in dry filter with ceramic filtering elements at gas pressure on the mouth of 0.25-0.35 MPa and gas temperature of up to 900°C. The obtained gas is cooled in evaporation scrubber to temperature of 60-65°C with saturation with water vapours to 100%. Then gas is passed through gas expansion turbine at temperature of 60-65°C or through reduction-throttle group of dry type at temperature of 55-60°C.
EFFECT: reducing capital costs and operating costs for gas cleaning complex.
