SUBSTANCE: result is achieved owing to possibility of monitoring the state of sensors of monitored facilities during a given time period after external power supply failure, possibility of storing (in case of external power supply failure) information on incidents of unauthorised actions on secure facilities occurring before the said power failure, possibility of periodic real-time (automatic) checking of the state of the battery, automatic restoration (if necessary) and support of its working state, possibility of fast replacement of any (one) signalling cell in case of its failure by a standby signalling cell before replacing or repairing the device.
