FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to car auxiliaries. Proposed device comprises fasteners, bicycle wheel supports and two variable-length bicycle rod-type holders.One end of the holder incorporates a hook to clamp bicycle frame and opposite end is furnished with a ball to mount aforesaid holders sideways of the wheel and to lift the holders in inclined operating position relative to the bicycle. Wheel supports are made up of lengthwise load bearing bar to be secured to car to luggage rack crosswise beams. Lateral limit elements are made up of U-like arcs fastened above the bar. Identical holders can be arranged symmetrically on bicycle sides in rear wheel area to grip both horizontal rods of rear fork. Holder consists of two tie rods with threaded coupling sleeve arranged there between. Single-degree hinge has a ring on tie rod end. Note here that said ring is arranged in parallel plane of wheel axle on plate element that makes a part of split bolt joint that embraces crosswise beam of car top luggage rack.
