FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to amine antioxidants for rubber. Described is an amine antioxidant for stabilising rubber based on N-2-ethylhexyl- N'-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine (8PFDA), obtained in form of dustless powdered compositions through sorption of 8PFDA on finely dispersed mineral rubber filler during mixing or mastification with filler in ratio between 30:70 and 70:30, distinguished by that the disclosed powdered composition contains 1-5% mineral oil or 2-3 wt % antioxidant from the class of spatially screened alkylphenols. Described is an amine antioxidant for stabilising rubber based on N-2-ethylhexyl- N'-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine (8PFDA), obtained in form of dustless powdered compositions through sorption of 8PFDA on finely dispersed mineral rubber filler during mixing or mastification with filler in ratio between 30:70 and 70:30, distinguished by that the disclosed powdered composition contains 1-5% mineral oil or 2-3 wt % antioxidant from the class of spatially screened alkylphenols with their subsequent storage in sealed packaging in order to prevent contact with air outside.
EFFECT: high stability and long storage period.
