Abstract RU 2406970 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in bridge circuit preliminary balancing, in determination of temperature coefficients of resistance (TCR) of all bridge circuit legs with consideration of balancing resistor introduction, in determination leg of installation and in calculation of thermal independent resistor Rsh for compensation of non-linear temperature characteristic of sensor initial unbalance. Upon its installation into a definite leg of the bridge circuit parallel with the working resistive-strain sensor there is carried out intermediate balancing without change of the TCR of the balanced leg. There is determined TCR of all legs of the bridge circuit considering engagement of thermally independent resistor Rsh in any of two temperature ranges; further, additive temperature error is compensated. Compensation corresponds to determination of installation leg and in calculation of thermally dependent resistor Rβ. Upon its installation into a definite leg of the bridge circuit in series with the working resistive-strain sensor there is carried out balancing without change of the TCR of the balanced leg.

EFFECT: upgraded accuracy of adjustment.
