FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: tool comprises double-stand frame, inclined, curvilinear cutting stands of which in lower part are connected to each other by means of ploughshare. Ploughshare is made in the form of composite structure, made of flat knife inclined forward and S-shaped tool. S-shaped tool is aligned with curvilinear working surface into inner space of tool. Curvilinear S-shaped working surface of ploughshare is arranged on lower section as concave, on middle section - as rectilinear, and on upper section - as convex. Radii of curvature of concave and convex parts vary. On working surfaces of curvilinear side stands there are additional tillage deformers in the form of cone wedges or hemispheres. Convex surfaces of wedges or hemispheres are aligned into inner space of tillage tool. Fixation of cone wedges to side stands is carried out so that lower side of cone wedge is arranged at the angle of not more than 8…10 degrees to horizon.
EFFECT: structural design will make it possible to increase quality of reclamation processing of overconsolidated and mechanically heavy soils, to reduce power inputs in tillage of soils, helps in stable performance of technological process.
