SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, construction and medicine. The nanostructured biocide composition contains nanoparticles of bentonite powder intercalated with Ag⁺ and/or Cu²⁺ ions. The nanoparticles are obtained by modifying bentonite semifinished products rich in Na⁺ cations with 10-20% solutions of silver nitrate or copper sulphate. Enrichment is carried out by treatment with an aqueous inorganic solution of a bentonite sodium salt of the form Na⁺. Purification from acid anions is carried out after enrichment and purification from sodium salts is carried out after intercalation and dispersion. Nanoparticles of bentonite powder intercalated with Zn²⁺ ions are further added to the composition. Said particles are obtained by modifying bentonite semi-finished products by treating with 10-20% solutions of ZnCl₂ or ZnSO₄, purification from sodium salts and dispersion. The composition has the following ratio of components, pts. wt: nanoparticles intercalated with Ag⁺ ions: nanoparticles intercalated with Zn²⁺ions 1:(0.2-0.8); or nanoparticles intercalated with Ag⁺ ions: nanoparticles intercalated with Zn²⁺ ions: nanoparticles intercalated with Cu²⁺ ions 1:(0.2-0.8):(0.2-0.5); or nanoparticles intercalated with Zn⁺ ions: nanoparticles intercalated with Cu²⁺ 1:(0.2-0.5). The nanoparticles of bentonite powder have fineness of 70 nm.

EFFECT: invention provides highly effective bactericidal and fungicidal prolonged action on surfaces of different structures independent of physical and mechanical properties of materials used.
